It was my first time showing at April Interiors hosted by CABMFF last week. Based in Cheltenham it was well worth the drive across the beautiful British Countryside to meet lots of Curtain makers, interior designers and other fantastic designers.

Based in the Cheltenham show ground, there were over 70 exhibitors from individual companies like mine to some of big boys printing their own fabrics or have been around for generations. There were also lots of visitors, there to see what’s new and meet with existing accounts. I was blown away by the response to the design, and I’m looking forward to working with many new clients in the future thanks to this show.

I was there with my entire fabric collection and showing my new sample book, which was really popular with home based makers that often head out to the customers home for consultations.

What made the show extra special was the hard work that Lindsay, Cheryl, Phil, Nick and Leander from Linterior Design for organising the show, setting up stands and organising a social the evening before, which raised over £500 for a cause close to the CABMFF networks heart, I donated one of my Willow Tit cushions to the raffle.

If you are a curtain or blind maker maker sure you join into the CABMFF networks online and via social media and pop along to October Interiors later this year, full of super friendly and talented people!
