Scandinavian wrapping uses simplistic imagery yet still looks beautifully effective. Get stuck in crafting your own wrapping paper by making basic templates and stencil with a block colour on to a plain ground or make your own stamps to adorn your gifts with.

Christmas botanicals

This is the ideal wrapping for all of you perfectionists out there! It is sophisticated and elegant and takes no time at all as it uses plants already lying around your house. Take a few sprigs from a sage plant and cut some trimmings from the christmas tree and you’re pretty much done! For a festive pop of colour consider adding some holly berries and pine cones if you have them. Simply slip them under string to secure them – leave minimal as this often looks most effective.

Simple and Elegant

This wrapping is effortless, takes little imagination and is easy to achieve for all of you last minute wrappers. Adding bells makes any gift more exciting or simply bind your gift with string threading some cut-out stars on for a christmassy addition.

This really is the gift that keeps on giving – what is there not to love about gifts with edible tags! This adds a personal touch and makes even the most dull gifts interesting. Bake some christmas cookies, leaving a small hole for string, personalise with icing and attach them to your gifts. Try to resist eating them all before christmas day!

This is the perfect wrapping for personal gifts, if your present is to do with a place you’ve visited with someone, use a photo as the gift tag to bring back the memories you shared with them there. The sentiment of such a personal gift wrap is a present within its self and shows someone that you really care!

Lorna used wallpaper offcuts from her recent decoration project (images to come soon) to wrap her presents this year and added the tropical bird christmas cards as gift tags which add a quirky and eclectic feel. If you prefer more traditional cards we also have a songbird christmas card pack featuring British garden birds with a christmas twist. All cards come blank inside for you to personalise with your own messages, and they are a smaller size ideal for gift tags! Its not too late to get yours in time for Christmas, check out our christmas delivery dates post for more information on last ordering dates.
