Competition Terms & Conditions

 The Lorna Syson prize draw will run from the 25th April 24 until 28th May 24 The winner will be drawn at random on the 28th May 24 and will be announced in the newsletter. 

 

The promoter of this prize draw is Lorna Syson Studios, Registered address Home Farm Bungalow,  3 Berrick Road, Chalgrove, OX44 7RQ.

 

Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Entry is open to residents of the UK excluding Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, except employees (and their families) of Lorna Syson.

 

Please note that we will never ask our selected winners to provide bank details via social media or “register” for prizes they have already won.

 

Only one entry per household, entrants must only enter in their own name and the promoter reserves the right to request proof of age. If no suitable proof of age is provided, the winner may forfeit the prize.

 

The prize is as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prize(s).

 

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, a reasonable attempt will be defined as a winner being contacted at least once per calendar week within a thirty-day period from the winner being announced. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions within 30 days from the winner being announced, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

 

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

The winner agrees to the use of their name and disclosure of county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Lorna Syson relating to any post-winning publicity. 

 

Your personal details will never be passed on to any third parties except as may be required from time to time for the fulfilment of the competition, customer insight research, or any other such reasonable activity as deemed necessary and required by Lorna Syson and their Data Controller.

 

By entering this Lorna Syson prize draw, you are also agreeing to be contacted by Lorna Syson for marketing and sales purposes. You reserve the right to unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these rules at any time without prior notice.
