DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail, My Hermes, DPD and DX. We choose the most cost effective and efficient delivery option possible. Delivery can take between 2-7 days from point of order.
We can send parcels via express next day delivery if ordered before 10am and the parcel will be with you within 2 working days. If you need your items sooner please email email@example.com or phone the studio on 020 8465 9819 or 07813018026 and we will try to help.
Free over £75 (UK only)
Large items – £4.95 – cushions, lampshades, wallpaper, fabric
X-Small items – Free – Stationery, cards, wrapping paper and samples
Express UK – £9.50
Large items -£15 – cushions, lampshades, wallpaper, fabric
Small items – £6 –plant pots, make up bags, lavender bags
X-Small items – £2.50 – Stationery cards and samples
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands). Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please call the studio and for an extra charge we can arrange this for you.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.
Overseas delivery: We can post all over the world. We send parcels via DPD or UPS depending on country. Delivery within the EU is shown via the website, for delivery outside of the EU please contact the studio for a quote.
All our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to:

Please note that cut fabric are non-returnable. Please order fabric or wallpaper swatches to make sure that you are happy. We can provide stock clippings if necessary and reserve stock for 10days.
If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please make sure that you have insurance for your products on their return journey. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
