Those of you who follow me on social media, especially Pintrest will see the pages and pages of wedding pinning that has happened since April 2013. Well on the 3rd of May all the planning, organising and making came into realisation with mine and Neil’s wedding. It was a magically day full of family and friends, including the lovely Tiz from the studio.

I thought I would share some of the photos that got taken on the day showing how I made sure that the Lorna Syson designs were in there on the bunting, napkins and streamers (wallpaper offcuts cut into large circles and sewn together) which many of the guest took home. I’ve been told there are a number of Lorna Syson napkins sets around the UK now!

Our photographer was Alexa Loy, and in my opinion THE best wedding photographer there is, (and hitched.co.uk’s breakthrough wedding photographer winner 2012) We luckily won her competition via whimsical wonderland wedding blog earlier in the year!

We had the ceremony in the glade at the bottom of Cedar feild, performed by the lovely Jo and Val from The Ceremony Company, they made a fantastic bespoke service based on what we felt was important for us and we had the reception in a fantastic yurt by Cheltenham Yurt Hire. We had gorgeous ‘naked cake’ created by Two cousins bakery

I felt so special in my bespoke House of Mooshki dress which used some of the lace from my mums wedding dress in the trim and bright yellow underskirt!

I also wanted to say a huge thank you to our friends and family, without their love, support and pompom fluffing non of this would have been possible
