Often spotted brightening railway lines and other urban spaces, Lorna’s love of the butterfly bush began in her family garden.  Recreated in a sophisticated palette of green and white, Lorna has added pops of colour with some of her favourite pollinators.

Independent designer Lorna Syson founded her studio in 2009 at Cockpit Arts, South East London. Now based in rural Oxfordshire, her British native species of bird-printed fabrics and wallpaper designs draw on her childhood in Warwickshire, holidays in Cornwall, and country walks with her dog, Jenkins, to create her uplifting nature-inspired patterns. The designs transport the viewer to witness the world through Lorna’s lens and invite them to find the beauty overlooked in their everyday.

As a small business we print in small batches, sometimes a small as 24 rolls per batch as such we always recommend our customers to get in touch to confirm the number of rolls needed. We recommend to ‘over order’ to guarantee you are sent rolls from the same batch. Lorna Syson accepts returns and refunds of unopened full rolls.

We recommend using a good quality, PH neutral, solvent-free, fungicide protected, light grade adhesive. Do not use self-mix adhesives. All purpose and heavy duty paste are not suitable.

Here’s a list of adhesives we feel are suitable: Albany Super Smooth Wallcovering Adhesive, Albany Speciality, Coles, Brian Yates Formula 32, Sanderson Elite, Harelequin, Little Greene, Solvite “Paste the Wall” Ready mixed adhesive and Brian Yates Formula 350.
