Our RSPB collaboration has now come to end, meaning if you’ve arrived at this page, it’s likely you were searching for a product which is now out of stock. Although the RSPB ranges have comes to end, we do have so many other designs, some of which also feature similar birds and British nature so do take a look.

Over the years the collaboration has not only only us to raise over £5K for the RSPB and the amazing work they do, but it’s also allowed Lorna to create some wonderful designs capturing the essence of British birds and celebrating the stunning scenery which is home to these amazing creatures.

Lorna draws much inspiration from various aspects of British wildlife in many of her designs so to work with a charity such as the RSPB was an amazing opportunity for her as designer.

So without fanfare or further ado, let’s take a look at the precious designs that featured in the Lorna Syson X RSPB designs.

Blossom and Bird Range

The Blossom and Bird designs shows little long tailed tit illustrations on English cherry blossom. We’ve seen this design as cushions, lampshades and and wallpaper in house but we’ve seen in used in countless ways by interior designers. It was available with two background colourways, navy and grey, which both complimented the featured bird and blossom beautifully.

RSPB Hummingbird Designs

The second of the two designs; Tropical Hummingbird features hummingbirds who can be seen hovering acrobatically amongst honeysuckle in vivid tones of teal and mint. It celebrates the work that the RSPB do for migratory birds such as the hummingbird. Many assume that the RSPB purely look after birds on our own shores, but actually they’re very active in protecting birds around the bird, ensuring they have the best habitats no matter where they fly in the word.

This beautiful and majestic design is the brighter of the two new designs and can be used to add a pop of colour to a more neutral interior whilst bringing the vibrant nature of the outside world into the home.

This design comes in two colourways, a Mint ground that adds a touch of freshness to any interior; or a Teal background for a bold pop of colour. The two colourways of this design were available across a range of products from Stationery to Cushions, Lampshades and Wallpaper.

Again, we’ve seen this design made into all kinds of stunning interior design projects including sofas and chairs, some of which have featured in photoshoots and of course, often have the addition of studio dog, Jenkins in the images.

RSPB Wallpaper

As well as the soft furnishings ranges, these designs were also available as wallpaper, with the addition of a grey colourway in the Hummingbird design.

Due to the popularity of RSPB Hummingbird Teal and RSPB Hummingbird mint, the grey colourway was introduced. The RSPB Hummingbird Grey colourway was a limited edition colourway design only printed on wallpaper and it’s one of Lorna’s favourites with a neutral base to lighten rooms but pops of greens and oranges in the honeysuckle.
