Over the last couple of years I’ve been lucky enough to work with the the RSPB. My first project was a Garden Birds pop up book with walker books, and most recently I designed two bespoke prints for them.  So far these prints have been launched on radios, and soon other products throughout 2019.

I am passionate about wildlife and the British countryside. Understanding and being surrounded by the natural beauty we have around us in the UK is a big inspiration to all of my designs. Therefore, I feel very honoured to have partnered with such a special charity!

Everyone I’ve worked with at RSPB is passionate about the work they do to preserve wildlife in the UK, and further afield. I was lucky enough to be invited along to one of their annual conferences, where they gave a talk about an exciting project they have with fair trade chocolate and bird friendly coffee. This was Bird and Wild  and my husband loves it!

I’ve learnt so much over my time working with the RSPB so I wanted to make sure that everyone knew about their work! The RSPB is the UK’s largest nature conservation charity. They’re working on rescuing our most threatened species of birds in the country through research, partnerships, and nature conservation. These species include the turtledove, hawfinch, willow tit and puffin, which are all suffering from a saddening downfall in numbers. Amazingly, the RSPB don’t just work in the UK, because they plan to expand globally by joining BirdLife international. BirdLife is a network of passionate organisations, working together to save nature, globally.
