We have recently entered in to the world of Roller Blinds here at Lorna Syson! We have collaborated with Order Blinds to bring you a range of made to measure, high quality blinds available in all of our print designs. The blinds are available in two finishes, an opaque finish that lets through more daylight and a blackout option suitable for bedrooms. The blinds can be fully customised down to the chain colour, to fit your decor, the bottom finish and control panel. They are digitally printed and made by hand in the UK, which is fundamentally important to Lorna to uphold the values of the brand.

You can create a main feature in your room with our bolder designs, or simply compliment an existing interior theme with our more subtle prints. The designs feature across our whole range of products including Lampshades, Cushions and Fabric Plant/Storage Pots.

We have pictures below just three iterations of our roller blinds to give an idea of how they might look styled in your home.

Our Pansy design part of Lorna’s Garden collection is inspired by the native flora and fauna found in our verdant domestic gardens. Lorna’s love of British gardens has led her to explore a whole range of outdoor spaces, from the formal gardens of stately homes to her own Brockley roof terrace, and she has incorporated the shapes and shades of many well-loved favourites.

This bold print features navy blue, blush pink and soft blue hues. As you can see it is the focal point of the living room space, matched harmoniously with the more paired down accessories of the rest of the interior.

The friendly fluffy body of a Willow Tit with it’s black, white, brown and grey feathers was once a prevalent sight across the UK but the species has sadly been in decline for the last twenty or so years. Welcome their charm into your home with this beautiful airy design inspired by the Willow Tit flocks that Lorna used to find in the lowland marshes around her childhood home.

In this picture, we have the Willow Tit design, part of our Song Bird Collection. The modern grey and black design creates a sophisticated space and adds an element of a Scandinavian feel. The more opaque finish creates a light and airy space within the bathroom whilst also being functional.

This Long Tailed Tit design is part of Lorna’s Bloom Collection which celebrates the array of small wildlife Lorna has photographed whilst admiring the flowering plants and shrubs in British parks and gardens. This elegant grey design showing pink birds in Magnolia trees was inspired by walks in South London parks.

You can see here how the design creates a dramatic backdrop to the kitchen, paired beautifully with fresh flowering blooms, as kitchens can often be a tough space to decorate, this blind creates the perfect personality and colour injection.
