My Pansy lampshade celebrates the familiar flowers that brighten British gardens. Its navy background gives the floral illustration depth, allowing the blue petals and small touches of pink and yellow to stand out.

Designed by me, Lorna Syson, an independent designer based in South Oxfordshire, this botanical lampshade brings pattern and personality to a bedside table, living room lamp or ceiling pendant.

Inspired by the flowers in our gardens

Pansies are a lovely reminder that even a small pot or border can bring colour into everyday life. Their distinctive petals make them a pleasure to draw and translate into pattern.

Part of my Garden collection, this design reflects my love of exploring outdoor spaces, from formal gardens to my former London roof terrace, and finding inspiration in familiar plants.

Handmade in the UK

Each Pansy lampshade is made to order using fabric digitally printed in Lancashire and handmade into a shade in Bolton.

The fabric composition is 65% linen, 26% cotton and 9% nylon. Pattern placement varies depending on where the fabric is cut, so your lampshade may differ slightly from the photographs.

Styling your navy floral lampshade

Pair Pansy with natural wood and textured fabrics for a welcoming bedroom or reading corner. Pick out the pink or yellow details in cushions and accessories to connect the pattern with your room.

The navy background works beautifully as a darker accent among lighter furnishings. Keep curtains and larger upholstered pieces plain if you want the flowers to become the focal point.

Lampshades are all made to order and can take up to 10 days to arrive with you, especially at business times of the year such as Christmas. If you’ve ordered a lampshade alongside other products please note that the lampshade will arrive separately

The fabric is digitally printed in Lancashire on UK on 65% linen / 26%cotton / 9% nylon union fabric and handmade into lampshades in Bolton.

Processing time
We will process your order within 1 to 3 days but we aim to process the same day, Monday to Friday excluding UK holidays. Lampshades are made to order and take 3 to 7 days.

Returns
All of our items are made with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in the original packaging and unused within 30 days. Please contact us for a returns form.
