Award-winning British designer Lorna Syson designs unique illustrated patterned fabric inspired by British birds.

The birds Lorna has illustrated include the Blue tit, the wren, the great tit, the willow tit, the gold-crest, the long-tailed tit, the British Robin, the Greenfinch and the black cap.

Lorna has collaborated with the RSPB for a couple of unique designs. So far we have raised over five thousand pounds to support the wonderful work the RSPB does in the UK and abroad. Her two designs one based on long-tailed tits in English Cherry Blossom highlights the work the RSPB does in the UK to support British ecosystems. The second design featuring ruby throated hummingbirds is to highlight the work the RSPB does outside the UK. Birds do not have boundaries and so the RSPB understands it needs to support bird ecosystems globally.

Lorna Syson illustrated these beautiful bird designs with little birds sitting on branches or flying within the design.  Fabric is printed by the meter in the UK and then handmade into drum lampshades in the UK. The lampshades can be made in 3 set sizes or we can make bespoke lampshade sizes. All lampshades are made to order and taken up to 2 weeks to make
